My yoga journey began over 20 years ago. Like many people, I was initially drawn to the physical challenge, but what kept me coming back was something much deeper. Yoga gave me a sense of balance, clarity and connection that extended far beyond the mat.
For the past 15 years, I've been sharing that experience as a teacher, specialising in Iyengar Yoga and The Roll Model Method. My teaching style is detailed, practical and accessible. I believe the body is simply the tool we use to refine the mind and cultivate greater awareness. Through thoughtful instruction, I help students build confidence in their practice, honour their individual needs and discover the benefits of yoga at every stage of life.
Alongside teaching, I've had the privilege of hosting more than 15 retreats throughout Australia and overseas. Retreats offer something unique: the opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life, deepen your practice, and be supported by a community of like-minded people. They create the space to reset, reconnect and experience the transformative power of yoga in a way that's often difficult to access at home.
My passion for supporting others also extends into business coaching. After helping grow an established yoga studio, building my own brick-and-mortar studio, and creating a successful online business, I saw how many passionate business owners were struggling to make their work sustainable. Today, I help purpose-led business owners create systems, increase revenue and build businesses that support their lives rather than consume them.
Whether through yoga, retreats or coaching, my goal is simple: to help people feel inspired, capable and empowered to create meaningful, sustainable change.
